Ryan Joseph O'Neil

Ryan Joseph O?Neil, 19, called to eternal life March 22, 2004. He was a loving son and nephew; friend to many from coast to coast. Ryan graduated with honors from Sacred Heart School, Covina, CA, and Bishop Amat Memorial Senior High School, La Puente, CA. He was an eager entry-level Master?s Physician Assistant Major at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. Ryan loved and excelled in drama and in many sports: basketball, football, wrestling, golf, rugby, surfing and his all-time favorite, SNOWBOARDING. He was indeed proud and honored to be president of QU SNOW. He earned the hearts of many with his show of intelligence, his maturity, his sense of humor, his ability to listen and give advice, his presence in times of need and his solutions to others problems. He his survived by his beloved mother and number one fan, Margaret Mary O?Neil of Covina, CA; his father Xavier David Campos and wife Kathy and children Tony and Lisa of La Habra, CA; his loving godparents and uncle and aunt John and Maureen Kevan of Farmington, CT: John and Kay O?Neil, uncle and aunt, cousins Christina and Kelly of Carson City, NV: William and Elaina O?Neil, Brandon and Taylor of Revere, MA; James O?Neil of Fairhaven, MA; Charles and Kathleen O?Neil, Michael Maureen, Dennis, Danny and Alice of Fresno, CA., ?Nana? Sally Campos, Leo Campos, Tina and Rhaun Turner of La Habra, CA: Gilbert Campos of New México; Consuelo Campos and Alicia Hankes of Los Angeles, CA; Jason Hankes of Wisconsin: and Rene Campos of Oakland, CA. Ryan was predeceased by grandparents, Charles and Catherine O?Neil and Joseph Campos. All are invited to celebrate Ryan?s life with his family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Patrick St. Anthony Church, 285 Church St., Hartford, followed by a reception in the parish center. Interment will be private in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket, RI. Another memorial service will be held in California for family and friends on April 17. Calling hours are Friday from 5-9 p.m. at Molloy Funeral Home, 906 Farmington Ave., West Hartford.
